Repeat prescriptions are issued at the doctors’ discretion and are normally for patients on long term treatment.

Please hand in your request in writing three working days before you need it, preferably using the computer slip attached to your last prescription.

We need to know your full name, address and the name, strength and dose of each medication.

We do not take prescription requests over the phone as this can easily lead to mistakes. If you enclose an SAE your prescription can be posted on to you.

Most of our prescriptions are now being processed electronically (EPS) so please nominate a chemist and request your prescriptions via your chemist.

Renovation works Completed!

Building works are now complete, and we are back in our original building, where you will find much-improved premises and facilities.
