Coronavirus Update

Up to date Government Guidance is published here: https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus

In light of the current Coronavirus Pandemic we have had to review our processes. This is to protect both patients and staff as we enter the Delay Phase of the Government’s plan. This situation will be reviewed daily.

Please contact the practice if you have an urgent medical problem where you will be offered a telephone consultation with a clinician where needed or given other appropriate advice and guidance.

For a non-urgent problem, you will be given a telephone appointment. One of our clinicians will assess you over the phone first and will make decision at that point. You may be offered a video consultation if felt appropriate by the clinician.

If you have a routine appointment already booked you will be called beforehand to determine if this can be dealt with over the phone or if you need to come into the practice.

Any repeat prescription requests can be given to your local pharmacy or requested online.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your consideration at this difficult time.  This situation will be reviewed daily.
